Lakers star LeBron James evicts Kent Bazemore from his seat; Leaves him hanging

LeBron James and Kent Bazemore
The Los Angeles Lakers endured one of the worst seasons in franchise history in 2021-22. From being championship favorites, to eventually being thrown out of postseason, LeBron James and Co. Suffered big time. Moreover, there were some players who suffered some of their career-worst seasons, one of which was Kent Bazemore.
Moreover, King James might have hilariously added insult to injury by evicting then ignoring him during a recent Lakers contest. Check out the video below to know exactly what we are talking about.

What next for Kent Bazemore?
Before the season began, Kent Bazemore had reportedly turned down a deal with the Golden State Warriors for more money and years compared to the one-year veteran’s minimum that he signed with the Lakers. Wondering why and what reason was it? He viewed Los Angeles as a legitimate title contender where he would be featured in a “major role”, as per Mark Medina.
As bad as the decision was from Bazemore, the Warriors will enter the postseason with home-court advantage while the Lakers won’t even be making the postseason entirely. Even worse is the fact that despite playing on a worse team, Bazemore’s role has been severely limited. He’s played in just 39 games, averaging 3.4 points, 1.8 rebounds and 0.9 assists.

Moreover, Bazemore was not even used in plethora of games where he could have made a difference because of the rigid roster being used by Frank Vogel and other members of the coaching staff. But with letting bygones be bygones being a common phrase for the purple and gold army, many players from their roster would be looking to move out of main frame in order to find their rhythm.
That being said, the Lakers too will be looking to re-build their team around LeBron James as his current contract sees him in the iconic franchise until the end of 2022-23 season. With only 1-game to go before they exit the 2021-22 hoop festivity, hopefully Bazemore could step on the court against Denver Nuggets to give himself some highlight play.
