“LeBron James and Lobos 1707 expand their business to Canada” Drake makes extensive growth with his Tequila brand
LeBron James and Drake
LeBron James has been a pioneer in the sport of basketball and his name has forever found its place among the elite of the sport. This season especially has been one of his best so far as he averages 30 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 6.3 assists per game. These are numbers the King has not put up since the 2007-2008 season. Bron has also been shooting his best numbers from the three-point range as well.
However, the Los Angeles Lakers have not been their strongest this season collectively. As many critics would say there is plenty of blame to be thrown around but it is not only LeBron. Lately, the King has been averaging 34.5 points over the course of 10 days. But his thirst to win another title is not his only venture.
LeBron James launches his very own tequila label “Lobos 1707”
“The best tequila I have ever had in my life. Lobos 1707 is all about bringing people together and building a community that everyone can be part of. It starts will an incredible tequila, but our Pack includes everyone who touches our brand and hopes to inspire change, create unity and celebrate individuality,” said LeBron James
Lobos 1707 was introduced a little over a year ago back in November 2020. The brand was founded after James began to stir a liking towards the drink of Tequila. The 37-year old I known for his liking towards fine red wines. He started this venture with the help of actor Diego Osorio and entrepreneur Paul Wachter. Some of the brand’s investors are Arnold Schwarzenegger, Maverick Carter as well as NBA associates Anthony Davis, Draymond Green, and agent Rich Paul.
LeBron James’ Lobos 1707 becomes the fastest growing alcoholic beverage brand
Last week, when LeBron James and his team visited Toronto for a game, long-time Toronto Raptors representative Drake was spotted with a bottle of Lobos 1707 tequila at courtside. With Drake being one of the biggest rappers of all time, his involvement with the brand could be a huge sales boost. It is unclear what his role with the brand is but with Canada being such a massive follower of the sport of basketball, the sky is the limit for the amount of success it could bring them.
“We’re incredibly proud of the product we have created and are thrilled to introduce Lobos 1707 to Canadians. Our goal with Lobos was to create a brand that encourages unity, legacy, and authenticity, and the Canadian market is one that wholeheartedly embodies these core values,” said Osorio. The label has four variations to it Joven, Reposado, Extra Anejo and Mezcal Artesanal. The brand has already been named the fastest-growing liquor brand by Drizly’s sales report of February 2022.
