Magic Johnson was born to Christine and Earvin Senior in Lansing, Michigan. He would go on to play for Michigan State University in 1977. He would win the NCAA Championship for his college in 1979 and was subsequently drafted by the LA Lakers in the 1979 NBA draft.

Johnson initially courted Melissa Mitchell during his early NBA days, with whom he shares his eldest son. The couple would later break off, and Magic Johnson married Earlitha ‘Cookie’ Johnson in 1991. Even after three decades of marriage, Magic and Cookie remain a happy family and have parented their three children together.

Andre Johnson

Born February 20, 1981, Andre Johnson is the eldest of Magic Johnson’s three children. His mother, Melissa Mitchell, was Magic Johnson’s girlfriend in the early eighties.

Andre Johnson has long worked for his father’s company Magic Johnson Enterprises. Currently, he is the deputy president of the business development of an esports league known as SimWin Sports. He is married to his wife, Lisa, and the couple have two adorable children, Gigi and Avery.

Earvin ‘EJ’ Johnson

Earvin ‘EJ’ Johnson was born to Magic and Cookie Johnson on June 4, 1992. EJ is a fashion icon and model who has also appeared on tv shows and reality shows. In 2013, EJ came out as gay, and his parents have been widely supportive of their son.

Elisa Johnson

Elisa Johnson is the youngest of Magic Johnson’s three children. She was adopted by Magic Johnson and his wife Cookie Johnson just three days after her birth. Elisa was born in Los Angeles on December 24, 1994.

Elisa Johnson is a successful entrepreneur who has her own business of high-end eyewear and shades. Being the youngest in the family, Elisa is the apple of her parents’ eyes. She is also the favorite sibling of both of her brothers.
