Los Angeles Lakers have succumbed to yet another defeat in the league, this time they lost against a Pelican team that featured their new Guard CJ McCollum, Former NFL player Shannon Sharpe has made his disappointment known to the Lakers team. Lakers have been disastrous in their game against the Pelicans.
Los Angeles Lakers face another blowout
Los Angeles Lakers hosted the New Orleans Pelicans, with hopes from the display from the previous 2 games, expectations were not high from the purple and gold squad. However, they were hopeful for a win against the Pelicans who are in the 10th position in the Western Conference and next in the leader board behind the Lakers. Their overall season record has taken another hit, with them in a 27-33 record.
Los Angeles Lakers have made the most turnovers in the game which is the most turnovers made by a team in a game this season. They committed 23 turnovers, out of which 16 turnovers were committed in the 1st half itself. The biggest lead for the Pelicans was 32-points. LeBron James and Russell Westbrook had a combined 14 turnovers. The turnovers for the Lakers were costly, they kept on giving turnovers and the Pelicans were not short of hammering them.

Shannon Sharpe Blasts the Los Angeles Lakers
Former NFL player and now turned sports analyst, Shannon Sharpe is a huge LeBron James fan. He was not having any of it during his assessment of the Lakers and their embarrassing loss to the Pelicans. The recent episode of “Undisputed”, where Skip Bayless is also featured had a run at the Lakers. Skip Bayless also loves talking about LeBron, but he is a fan of criticizing LeBron for whatever he does. “Now it seems like every Lakers loss is ‘the worst ever.’ Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, it got worse tonight. All-time worst? Still, a long way to go.” Said Skip Bayless on Lakers after the loss to the Pelicans.
Shannon Sharpe has given an honest review about the pain fans endure from suffering the Lakers, “My surgically repaired hip doesn’t hurt as bad as watching the Lakers play. This is PAINFUL. No further comments will be provided at this time”, said Sharp before the game was concluded.
