Shaq, definitely has one of the biggest says in the sport right now given the accomplishments he has under his belt from his playing days. Even the most dominant force to ever grace the basketball court believes that LeBron James is very close to settling all the Greatest of All-Time debates. In a recent appearance on the FULL Send Podcast, Shaq gives his take on who the greatest of all time is.
Shaq says LeBron James is going after Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s record
Shaq has been one of the biggest supporters of LeBron, especially after his move to the LA Lakers. LeBron, since moving to the Lakers has won a championship ring and has absolutely dominated all parts of the court. The veteran has shown no signs of slowing down and has only been stunning the crowd every time he touches the basketball. Shaq in the FULL Send podcast revealed that he thoroughly believes James is going after the record set by another Lakers legend, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
“I know LeBron and I think this is LeBron’s plan. I think he wants to pass up Kareem. Because if he passes up Kareem in points, we all got to shut the hell up. Think about it, he is gonna have four rings, he already passed up Kobe, he already passed up Mike, and now he passes up Kareem? If that don’t make him the greatest basketball player…I don’t think we know what we’re talking about,” said Shaq talking on the FULL Send Podcast.
