If there is one thing that captures the attention of the sporting world, is the Super Bowl halftime show. When you know there is hype and commotion in regard to such a huge sporting event, there is also the perennial presence of some very well-known stars in the world. And like every Super Bowl intermission show, this year’s didn’t disappoint as well. But Lonnie Walker was rather stunned by a certain act during the show.
The show saw some of the biggest names in the music industry the likes of Usher who was accompanied by Alicia Keys, H.E.R., Lil Jon, Ludacris, Will.i.am, and Jermaine Dupri. The lineup itself was a pretty stacked one, just showing the power of the event. But during a segment of the performance, when Alicia Keys was performing her song “My Boo”, Usher happened to grab her by the stomach from behind whilst performing. To which Lonnie wasn’t the biggest fan.
Walker later said:
I loved it. I called my mom. I called my best friend. But I'm a little upset because you can't be touching on Alicia Keys.
The clip went viral instantly with many even speculating something was going on between the two artists. But as far as speculation goes, it could just be an act of the show given Alicia Keys is already married to Kasseem Daoud Dean, who is also known by his stage name Swiss Beatz. But act or not, if there was one person who wasn’t a fan of it, in Lonnie Walker.
