After being detained, Gordon was reportedly barred from boarding his aircraft by police officials. Before he could board the flight, Port Authority police arrested the British citizen. Ben Gordon’s 10-year-old kid was allegedly transported to a local hospital for assessment by his aunt. The Port Authority police station is now processing charges against Gordon. His charges are still pending.
The harrowing charges portrayed the NBA’s 2005 Sixth Man of the Year as a disturbed and violent father. But now, Gordon’s ex-girlfriend Ashley Banks, who dated him from 2016 to 2020, has come out with information that put the event in a considerably more favorable light for Gordon. Banks, who has a kid with Gordon, believes Gordon was set up. She maintains that it is “all allegations.” Ben Gordon has been arrested several times, most recently in 2017 for an alleged armed robbery and assault. Gordon was also detained for driving with a falsified license and falsely activating fire alarms at his Los Angeles residence.

The Bulls, who had not won 30 regular-season games since Jordan’s retirement, won 47 in his debut season. His injuries began to pile up on him and finally destroyed his NBA career. Gordon, 39, was charged with assault and resisting arrest, as well as breaking his son’s order of protection. Following the event, the 10-year-old child was rushed to Long Island Jewish Hospital for treatment, escorted by his aunt who was also there at the gate. Gordon was arraigned in Queens Criminal Court and jailed on $50,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond. He was sent to Rikers Island until his next court hearing, but he posted bond and was freed on Wednesday, according to records. He was detained again a few hours later. According to cops, the ex-baller was arrested in Harlem’s 32nd Precinct stationhouse for a 2020 robbery.

The 6-foot-3 basketball player is accused of grabbing the woman’s phone and slamming it on the ground. Gordon, according to the lady, elbowed her in the eye, causing her pain and damage. According to authorities, he was accused with robbery in the 2020 incident.
