Pop icon Britney Spears was allegedly assaulted during a recent visit to Las Vegas. The incident reportedly occurred at Catch restaurant in the ARIA Hotel, where Britney and her husband, Sam Asghari, were enjoying a dinner outing. The assault took place when Britney approached NBA rookie Victor Wembanyama to ask for a photo together.

Surfaced video by TMZ claims that as Britney tapped Victor on his back and shoulder, the Director of Team Security for the San Antonio Spurs swiftly backhanded her in the face. The forceful blow caused the singer to stumble. Despite the shocking incident, Britney managed to compose herself and proceeded to her table.

Following the incident, the security personnel responsible for the assault approached Britney’as table and issued an apology. He said he was uninformed of Britney’s name at the moment and blamed his actions on the overwhelming number of fans.

Following the incident, Britney took to Instagram to showcase her sultry dance moves. Dressed in a tiny pink bikini bottom and a crop top, the star confidently flaunted her toned abs as she performed a captivating dance routine.

NBA fans took to Twitter to criticize Britney Spears for showcasing her dance moves. Some fans deemed her actions inappropriate and went as far as suggesting that she was mentally unstable.
