Charles Barkley is back in the NBA headlines and the reason this time is related to LeBron James. As he is about to take down the All-Time Scoring Record of the NBA. He’s just 63 career points away from making history and becoming the All-Time leading scorer of the league. And, Charles Barkley wants to be a part of this historic run when he breaks the record. So he’s even ready to square up against LeBron James if that’s not possible.
LeBron James has a chance to take over the record on Saturday night itself. When the Lakers visit the Smoothie King Center to ball against the New Orleans Pelicans. A player of LeBron James’ caliber can drop 63 points in a game and get himself the crown. He has a chance to take down the record and set a new career high on the same night. But Charles Barkley will beat him up if he does that.
As Charles Barkley wants LeBron James to break the record when TNT has coverage. And, when the crewmates on TNT can be around and join in too. So Barkley has already given a stern warning to LeBron James for not breaking the record. As TNT isn’t covering the Lakers’ game against the New Orleans Pelicans which is scheduled for Saturday night and is just hours away.

Charles Barkley warning LeBron James said; “If he gets to 63, I’m gonna fly to New Orleans and beat the hell out of him. He needs that record on TNT. It’s gonna be pretty cool for us to have that game. This record here is one of the greatest records in sports, and we’re gonna have it either Tuesday or Thursday on TNT.” Barkley is the guy one should be afraid of. So LeBron James should surely consider the warning and not break the record against Pelicans.
