Charles Barkley lost around $100,000 during the 2017 Super Bowl and he isn’t the only one who has a rough night that day. As the final results was very unexpected as the whole story changed. The Atlanta Falcons were leading their way to win the Super Bowl as they were up by 28-3 but then it all went south. As the New England Patriots dragged them to the overtime and eventually won it all by 34-28. They didn’t only blew the lead but also Chuck’s money on the underdogs.
Recently, Charles Barkley appeared on “The Dan Patrick Show” and revealed his recent gambling loss which dates back to the 2017 Super Bowl while doing so he quoted: “The only time I have lost in the last three or four years was only because of Atlanta Falcons…What the Falcons did in the Super Bowl and what they did against the Cowboys is the biggest ch*kejob in the history of civilization… I bet a 100,000 dollars on them.”
Charles Barkley also mentioned how the heartbreaking event was still enjoyed by him as he hilariously said: “That’s one thing about a gambler you drink when you gonna win and you drink more when you gonna lose” Chuck lost around $100,000 but fans think that’s actually nothing for him as they compare it to one of his hands during a black jack game.
