“Brand new studio..same CRAPPY Lakers” Charles Barkley publicly shows disappointment in LeBron James and Co. on NBA on TNT

Analyst Charles Barkley was disappointed with LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers performance in the ongoing NBA 2022-2023 season. Charles was talking on the show, ‘Inside the NBA,’ where he expressed his disgust. His comments came after the Lakers first home game, which they lost against the Los Angeles Clippers.

Charles Barkley quoted on the show, “Brand new studio.. same crappy Lakers.” The LA Lakers have lost both the games they played in the NBA 2022-2023 regular season. Last year, the Lakers had a disastrous run and everyone around expected a turnaround from them but looks like things are getting worse.

In both the games that Lakers have played until now, it looked like there was no support for the superstar championship duo. Russell Westbrook looked entirely out of shooting form and couldn’t provide proper support either. There were multiple turnovers and the conversion rate also was very low. It looked as if the Lakers lacked game preparations.

The Lakers looked better than they were against the Golden State Warriors on the opening night of the new season. There were a lot of missed plays and shot conversion was poor. Things will get tough for the Lakers, hence forth they have to try and find solutions to their existing problems soon even though its just the start of the season.

The Clippers won the battle of the LA teams 103-97. Paul George recorded points while John Wall collected 15 points on his Clippers debut. Kawhi Leonard scored 14 points and seven rebounds coming off the bench. On his home debut, Lonnie Walker scored 26 points. Anthony Davis and LeBron James had a combined total of 45 points. Davis has to be more careful after nearly facing another injury mid game.
