But sometimes some messages go beyond sports and hold a very significant word of condolence and love. And with the recent news of Grammy winner Killer Mike‘s son, who underwent a kidney transplant, Charles Barkley had nothing but a wholesome message for him.

Charles said the above on behalf of the TNT crew, who got the news that Mikael “Pony Boy” Render, the 21-year-old would be receiving a kidney transplant. The surgery took place on February 5 as stated by the family, and Mikael is now doing well.

Killer Mike who received his Grammy for his work, reported later that his son is doing really well after the surgery. His son had to wait three years for a successful match, and after a successful transplant, he has given good news to everyone who has been praying and supporting him and his family.

As for Chuck, who himself knows the pain of going through a certain illness, gave his wishes to the family in need of support. It was a small yet beautiful gesture, which showed the NBA world doesn’t just take care of people within their bubble, but even looks after others who may not be involved in the sports at all.
