The NBA on TNT team is well-known for both its insightful basketball analysis and its lively conversations about subjects unrelated to the NBA. It’s also renowned for embracing the holiday spirit, which produces some amazing content. Basketball greats Shaquille O’Neal, Charles Barkley, and Kenny Smith are on a panel led by Ernie Johnson that offers entertainment and insight.
One of the videos uploaded by On The Blok on YouTube surfaced where it was shown that Ernie Johnson and Kenny Smith were making fun of Charles Barkley’s grammar on one of the old episodes of Inside the NBA on TNT. It was one of the events where one lady had a banner of “Charles Your Right” where the grammar was incorrect. But Barkley didn’t understand it and he took that as a compliment. When Smith and Johnson asked him to find out the mistake he was unable to do so – where they made him understand between your and you all.

Kenny Smith said to Barkley:
I will break it down. Shakes her off because she is not the one we need to educate here.Charles Barkley replied “explain it to me cuz I am not getting it.” Smith made him understand by saying:
This is your jacket Y-O-U-R-Y-O-U-R. You're an idiot. An idiot is Y to posse because Y o Apostrophe is equal to You are. You can't say this you are jacket. You can you're an idiot. Did you go to a third-grade class?Kenny Smith trying to make Barkley understand
Smith and company roasted Charles. They constantly joke around on the show, but beneath the surface, their deep mutual respect and basketball knowledge are what have kept the show going strong for all these years.
Charles Barkley 10 year contract with NBA TNT might not happen
It’s no secret that Charles Barkley plans to work until the day he passes away. That’s why there was some controversy in 2022 October when it was reported that the venerable NBA television analyst had signed a 10-year contract worth more than $100 million with TNT. Barkley, 60, is now making it plain that he will not be carrying out the remainder of the enormous contract that he signed less than a year ago.

Charles Barkley said:
There’s no chance in hell I’m gonna be working when I’m 70. Zero. I’ll be honest with you. The only thing that keeps me up at night is trying to figure out when’s the best time to walk away. Because the one thing you don’t want to do is stay too long.
Barkley, a grandfather of two, expressed his desire to stay in their lives rather than work when they get older. Since 2000, Barkley has served as an analyst for “Inside the NBA” on TNT. Since appearing on the show, the Basketball Hall of Famer has collaborated with both Kenny Smith and Johnson. In 2011, Shaquille O’Neal joined “Inside the NBA,” which went on to become one of the most cherished studio programs in the history of sports television.
