The NBA superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo’s younger brother Kostas Antetokounmpo might turn up for one of the legend teams in the NBA, the Chicago Bulls. This news became viral a few days after Giannis showed interest in playing for the same team in the near future. The two-time MVP, Giannis, stated that anyone would love to play for the Bulls, considering their legacy, but he will currently choose to stay loyal to his team, Milwaukee Bucks. But his brother Kostas has seemed to have caught the Bulls’ attention. Kostas will be a free agent after his stint at ASVEL.

SDNA reporter Christos Tsaltas shared the news on Twitter. He also mentioned that Chicago Bulls general manager Artouras Karnisovas has already shown interest in signing the younger one of the Antetokounmpo brothers; he might do it as soon as Kostas becomes a free agent. We might see the Antetokounmpo brothers play for the Chicago bulls in the coming few years.

Kostas has a three-year NBA career and played for Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Lakers. He was also part of the Lakers title-winning squad in 2019-2020, but he only played five games. Currently, he is playing for a foreign team, ASVEL, a French Basketball team that competes in the Euro League. The Bulls are trying to build up their roster by acquiring Kostas, which seems to be a cheap move.

His brother might join the Bulls for the 2022-2023 season as the Bulls manager looks interested in him. However, no confirmation is made regarding the news. Only time will tell whether the Antetokounmpo brothers will play for Chicago, or only one will end up on the team.
