“He’s better than Lonzo” CJ McCollum gets impressed by LiAngelo Ball’s impressive stint in the Summer League
CJ McCollum and LiAngelo Ball
LiAngelo Ball is really a believer and a hard worker as he’s getting the job done but is yet to be rewarded. He went undrafted in 2018 but still is committed to the process and patiently waiting for his time to shine. Even after years of rejection, getting dropped or waived by different teams in the league, LiAngelo Ball hasn’t given up on his basketball dreams and is still trying his level best to secure a spot in a team so he can prove his worth to everyone around and make it to the league with a deal. So for it to happen he’s showing off his heroics in the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas as a member of the Charlotte Hornets.
Last night LiAngelo Ball had CJ McCollum impressed by his shooting and playmaking skills which he supported with his defensive heroic too by locking up the Cleveland Cavaliers’ Summer League team. The game was heated up and fun to watch as it was supposed to get closely contested and head to head. But nothing like that happened and the Charlotte Hornets got an easy dub with LiAngelo Ball running the floor for twelve minutes and thirty-eight seconds. He didn’t really erupt as a star or controller of the game but was good on both the ends of the court.
In the match-up, LiAngelo Ball contributed with 12 points, 1 steal and 3 rebounds. He also got himself some highlights and fans loved those. As they are rooting for him and want him to get some more play time so he can be an absolute difference maker. As they believe his real potential is still hidden and locked as he never got a fair amount of time or trust with the ball. But last night even CJ McCollum was hyped up watching him work.
