The NBA Finals are even after the Golden State Warriors defeated Boston Celtics 107-97 on Friday, capping off a fantastic Game 4 with a 21-6 run in the final quarter. At TD Garden, Stephen Curry put on a show, scoring 43 points, which was his third-highest total in 132 career playoff games .The Celtics elected not to double-team Curry, as they had done throughout the series, and they paid the price. The two-time Kia MVP went 14-for-26 from the field, including 7-for-14 from beyond the arc.
That sizzling showing may not have impressed the two-time MVP, but it certainly drew the eye of NBA Finals viewers. Curry’s critics have slammed the Warriors’ point guard for failing to develop a signature game throughout the years. After the three-time champion recently shredded the league’s greatest defense on the road, they’ll be hard pressed to keep up with the criticism.

Golden State will return home to the Bay Area for Game 5 after a heroic effort by Stephen Curry to defeat Boston on the road. With the series tied at two games apiece, the Dubs came up big in Game 4 to secure a crucial victory. Curry solidified his status as one of the greatest players of all time by silencing the doubters with a remarkable performance and a win with hopes of winning another championship for the Warriors.
