Everything didn’t seem right when Dell Curry and ex-wife Sonya accused each other of cheating in their divorce papers previously. Now caught on camera was the former NBA star when he came to support his son, Stephen in action-packed Game 4 of the 2022 NBA Finals. To add more controversy for some, Dell appeared to go to TD garden with his girlfriend. So, who knows maybe Steph might have a stepmom real soon. 

Dell Curry is known to be one of Steph’s biggest inspirations. There is no surprise that Steph was got the genes of shooting from downtown from his father. So, when his dad was present at TD Garden to support him in the biggest game of this year’s playoffs, Chef Curry surely did not disappoint as he managed to knock game-high 43 points to secure a crucial away win for the Golden State Warriors.

As published by USA Today, “Sonya Curry filed for divorce in June 2021 and said it was ‘provoked and justified’ by Dell Curry’s misconduct. She said Dell committed ‘illicit sexual misconduct’ with different women during their marriage and that infidelity was known to the family and to close friends of the parties, according to the divorce records. 

“In response, Dell Curry, the former NBA player, accused Sonya Curry of having an affair with Steven Johnson, a former tight end with the New England Patriots. According to the divorce records, Dell Curry said Sonya Curry started the affair during their marriage and lied each time she cheated.”

Safe to say it does look like Dell Curry’s new girlfriend is indeed the lucky charm for Stephen as he not only inspired his team back into the 2022 NBA Finals, but also dropped a significant tally of 43 points, joining LeBron James and Michael Jordan in an impressive record. 

Will Dell be coming to Chase Center as well with his new girlfriend to support the Warriors marquee? Hopefully Sonya isn’t present to make matters worse and highly awkward.
