“Finally got him to shut the f**k up” – Dillon Brooks declines postgame interview, NBA fans ROAST ‘coward’ move

The Los Angeles Lakers and the Memphis Grizzlies series have been the most entertaining so far. After the series was tied at one apiece, the Lakers hosted Memphis for Game 3. Following a Game 2 victory by the Grizzlies without their star, Ja Morant, the team was pretty confident about going to L.A. for the next game. Morant was back in action for Game 3. But the Lakers made sure to take control over them.

LeBron James and company took Game 3 by 10 points, 111-101. The margin is indeed decent, though, in the first quarter, the Lakers held the Grizzlies under 10 points, 35-9. After that, both teams went back and forth, with purple and gold prevailing. The game got heated as the rivalry between LeBron and Dillion Brooks seemed to spark again. Brooks hit James in his groin area at the start of the third quarter. After reviewing, he was assessed with a Flagrant 2 and was ejected from the game.

James and Brooks had also exchanged words in Game 2. Both the players definitely attracted attention after such heated moments. During the warmups, both players had a chat that looked like competitive talk ahead of Game 3. Brooks has respect for LeBron James, but as of this series, he doesn’t seem to run from the competition. Though what he did avoid was a post-game interview.

Following his ejection, Brooks did not want to answer any questions as he declined the interview request. He did face a lot of hate for his actions, and after not appearing for the interview, the heat on Brooks just went up. Going up against LeBron James, fans had to let Brooks know his position in this duel.
