“Not just a basketball player…I’m the NEW AGE MEDIA” Draymond Green lashes out on haters as he releases explosive post after Game 1 loss

Draymond Green

It feels like veteran sports media personality and analyst were never so keen to witness Golden State Warriors marquee Draymond Green being ever so visible on talk-shows, especially when he has on-court action to focus upon. The backlash of which, was faced by the former MVP when his team lost to Boston Celtics in Game 1 of the 2022 NBA Finals.

This resulted in Draymond Green lashing out on all his critics and haters during the latest episode of his podcast. To those who are not aware, Warriors led by 12 points entering the 4th quarter, but Celtics rose from the dead to outscore the home team 40-16 to secure a comfortable victory on road. This led to analyst criticizing Green for his below-expectation show with just 4 points.

Talking about Game 1 encounter at Chase Center, Stephen Curry proved to be the sole warrior for the Golden State. He had a magnificent start to the game, dropping 21 points in the first quarter. However, the Warriors’ offense got stagnant later on, and the Chef was reduced to 34-points for the night. Draymond Green didn’t feel like he was ready for the game. He looked off-beat and had one of the worst games he’s had in recent times. He shot 2/12 from the field, and his play-making skills were lacking.

That being said, it is all about how Steve Kerr’s team will approach the next game at home. Given that they already know how to expose Boston Celtics on the offensive end, Draymond Green will be required to rise back to his best form if the home team are to equalize this series.

Will we witness the legendary of Golden State Warriors elaborating, or is Boston Celtics going to make one of the greatest runs ever seen in the playoffs by taking a 2-0 lead to take things back home? Remains to be seen.
