“I told you’ll to not let us win a championship” Draymond Green sends alarming warning to rest of the NBA after 2022 triumph

Draymond Green

At TD Garden, Draymond Green, the four-time NBA champion, living legend of the Golden State Warriors and future Hall of Famer, had the last laugh. Green put his fingerprints all over Game 6- 12 points, 12 rebounds, eight assists, two blocks, two steals, only one foul, and the villain emerged victorious in a 103-90 matchup versus the Celtics in the same building where he was greeted with boos and F-yous six days earlier while watching much of the fourth quarter down the stretch from the bench.

Draymond Green has never steered away from speaking his mind. Throughout his career, Green has established himself as one of the best trash talkers in the NBA. Green not only allows his play on the court speak for itself, but he also informs opposition teams and fan populations about it.

Pure dominance from the Warriors to attain their 4th championship in 8 years

The Warriors’ 103-90 win in Game 6 was not only their fourth championship in eight seasons, but also a statement to their ability to comeback– after missing the playoffs in consecutive seasons, the first of which concluded with the league’s worst record – and persist in the face of disaster. The Warriors are again NBA champions, conquering the Boston Celtics in six games with Stephen Curry being named NBA Finals MVP for the first time in his career. He finished with 34 points in the game and averaged 31.2 points in a historic series for him, given that this is his fourth title in the last eight seasons.

Draymond Green alerting the rest of the league

After the Game 6 win, Green was asked whether he learned anything about himself during his struggles and had a confident answer: “I didn’t learn anything about myself, I been knew I was resilient,” Green said, adding, “Nobody gave me this, I had to work every second of my life.” he said on his post game conference. Draymond also added that he told everyone around the league to not make them win a championship and guess what, they failed.
