Draymond Green throws tantrums after Stephen Curry’s questionable decision vs Grizzlies in Game 3

Stephen Curry and Draymond Green

Known to be player who always comes out on-court wearing his heart on his sleeves, Draymond Green seems to have gone along the line to get frustrated upon his own teammate, Stephen Curry. Moreover, with the stakes being ever so high in game 3 of Warriors vs Grizzlies, no player wanted to be on the wrong. Hence, the anger by Green.

Those who are not aware, towards the end of the first half, Chef Curry’s decision saw a bit of tantrum being thrown by Draymond Green upon his way. The marquee 3-point shooter went onto hold the ball for a bit too long, which resulted in Green being called for an illegal screen. As a result of which the latter was not pleased and decided to confront Chef during their way to the bench.

Draymond Green gets frustrated with Curry’s play in Game 3

Draymond Green even threw a seat cushion in frustration and he rushed to the locker room even ahead of his teammates. There’s not too much to make out of this, though. This is just a typical incident between two teammates who know each other extremely well. Green just aired out his frustration and there’s not much more than that. I’m pretty sure the pair settled this issue immediately and that this water under the bridge already.

Talking about the individual performances in Game 3, before Ja Morant found his way to the locker room, he managed to register game-high 34 points. Desmond Bane had 16 points and Jaren Jackson Jr. 15 points. On the other hand, the Golden State Warriors were led by Stephen Curry with 30 points. While Jordan Poole and Klay Thompson 27 points and 21 points respectively against their name. Draymond Green had 5 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists against his name.

With the Dubs having an upper hand in this particular semi-final series, where will Memphis Grizzlies be heading after the injury to their most important player, Ja Morant? Remains to be seen.
