Draymond Green trolls Kendrick Perkins on his social media post, reignites the beef with former NBA player
Judging by his latest social media post, it looks like Draymond Green has reignited beef with Kendrick Perkins.
Kendrick Perkins and Draymond Green
To put it as simply as one can, Draymond Green does not like Kendrick Perkins. The feud between the Golden State Warriors star and the former NBA player has been going on for over a year and things do not seem to get calm in the near future. In a recent Instagram post, Green again took a shot at Perkins. Apparently, the Green made fun of Perkins’ game on his social media post.
Sharing a post from NBA Meme that showed Pekins playing horrible basketball, the caption read, “People forget how good prime Kendrick Perkins was.” Green took a jab at the former player. Also, this is not the first time that the Warriors star has taken a shot at the former NBA champion. They have been exchanging words since last season when Perkins had predicted that the Warriors and Stephen Curry wouldn’t win another championship.
Green has also previously criticized Perkins for taking personal shots at players and being part of the old media. Perkins once said that he wanted something to happen to LeBron James, during a game against the Boston Celtics. The four-time NBA champion doubled down in his criticism of the former player. The former Defensive Player of the Year has also called Perkins “dumb” and “idiot” before, which drew huge criticism from fans. After what Green did on his social media, the beef doesn’t seem to die down anytime soon.

Draymond Green apologizes for using racial slur against Kendrick Perkins
Warriors star Draymond Green used a racial slur against former NBA player and ESPN NBA analyst Kendrick Perkins in a recent podcast. The comment from Green garnered a lot of media attention. He used, “c–n” during an episode of his podcast against Perkins. However, he later apologized saying that his motive was to use “clown” in terms of his message. “For me, it’s like, stop acting corny, you’re on some weird-type stuff,” Green said explaining the use of his word.
He later also said that he stands against racism and would not shy away from admitting that he was wrong for using that word. “As someone who stands against racism, who has stood against it for years and is not afraid to get out in front of it, I can admit right here that I was wrong,” Green admitted.
Later, Andscape’s Brando Simeo Starkey wrote that the word has evolved to become “an intraracial slur to castigate a certain type of Black person who betrays the race.”
