Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry and his wife, Ayesha Curry, have been a dream couple since they got together. Ayesha has played a pivotal role in the growth of Chef Curry, from a rookie to a star player. However, Dwayne Wade’s wife, Gabrielle Union, gave very ‘unwanted’ advice, nearly creating a rift between Steph and Ayesha.
A video went viral on social media which was a short clip of an Instagram live segment, where Gabrielle, an actress by profession quoted while giving out an advice to the couple, “I was like, ‘You guys, the likelihood of this working out is very low and you should just break up now and have s** with other people.” Thankfully, Steph and Ayesha’s fans would be relieved that they didn’t take such harmful advice and are living happily together.
Ayesha is a Canadian-American actress, cookbook author, and cooking television personality. She also had her own show, ‘Ayesha’s Home Kitchen on Food Network’. She always makes sure she is in the stands supporting her husband play for the Warriors, and their bond has only gotten stronger with time. Compared to Ayesha and Steph, Gabrielle and Dwayne Wade don’t have much fan following but lead a beautiful and peaceful life together. They have four kids together, two sons and two daughters.

The couple met each other in 2002 when they were in their youth days. They lived in North Carolina and attended their local church’s youth group. Many years passed down the lane, and Ayesha moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting as Stephen was busy making a name for himself in the NCAA with the Davidson Wildcats. The couple reconnected on Facebook, and their friendship was revived.
While Stephen’s schedule refrained him from spending as much time with his lady love as he would have liked, he did his best to keep in close contact with Ayesha as she returned to North Carolina, and in the same period, NBA team Golden State Warriors drafted Chef Curry. The two then started dating in 2008, and after being together for two years, Steph proposed to Ayesha and asked her to marry him.
On July 30, 2011, Ayesha and Stephen Curry married in the church where they met. The couple has three children; two daughters named Riley and Ryan and a son named Canon. Steph makes sure he gives enough credit to his wife whenever possible for her valuable contribution to his life, which made him what he is today- the king of everyone’s hearts.
