Washington Wizards star Kyle Kuzma is facing legal charges after a man named Bernado Tosto filed a lawsuit against the former LA Laker. The man claims that Kuzma’s dog “viciously” attacked him which caused him serious damages for which he wants the Washington Wizards star to pay for. The amount of money the man has demanded from Kuzma in the lawsuit is unspecified.
According to TMZ, the incident happened on a flight back in early May of this year near California. Tosto said that Kuzma’s dog bit him on his right arm when he was walking towards the plane’s cabin. He blamed Kuzma for the injuries because Kuzma didn’t do anything to stop his dog from causing any injuries to Tosto.
Kuzma, who is on a four-year $102 million deal with the Wizards this offseason, hasn’t made any comments regarding the situation. Kuzma has two dogs, named Duke and Snoh. Snoh is a pure white Husky while Duke is a Belgian Malinois. Reports don’t specify which one of Kuzma’s dogs bit Tosto, and no one from Kuzma’s team has informed the public about the incident.
