“100% being forced to do this” – NBA fans DISMISS Nikola Jokic’s latest admission, claims Nuggets forcing him to lie

Nikola Jokic has been very outspoken about how he considers the NBA as his job and not something he’s passionate about. He’s repeatedly said how he loves horse racing in Serbia much more than playing basketball in the US. Despite being excellent at the game, it isn’t the driving force in his life and he has often re-iterated this fact again and again.

That’s why it came as a surprise to many when the Denver Nuggets released a video in which Jokic can be seen sitting down and saying basketball is everything to him. This is in stark contrast to his previous comments in which he often told the media how he easily gets bored of basketball and how his family means so much more to him.

This video emerged shortly after Jokic was notably absent from a graphic featuring league stars in an announcement for the NBA’s opening night. It remains uncertain whether Jokic’s participation in the video was a result of a marketing strategy or if he genuinely had a change of heart.

Regardless of what he does in the media, Jokic is one of the best players in the NBA right now. His team, the Denver Nuggets will be facing off against the Los Angeles Lakers in the season opener.
