The Rockets are looking quite ahead of the game as they cruised to victory. A moment came between this battle when fans got what they wanted.

The two have engaged in some intense post-game physicality during their traditional basketball games. Both have faced off against one another on several possessions with a certain amount of success. James and Brooks even created a scene straight out of a movie. Amidst the ‘Paranoid’ song by Black Sabbath playing in the background, James and Brooks found themselves alone on the court before the teams resumed play following a timeout. They awkwardly maintained eye contact.

This all has to come as before the game, Dillion had a shot on LeBron, where he said he was ready to lock James up. Now, he got what he wanted; even LeBron praised Dillion. According to ESPN’s Dave McMenamin, LeBron James praised Brooks’ competitive spirit when he spoke with reporters before the game during the shoot-around. Brooks’ competitive nature led to a four-year, $80 million contract with the Rockets.

I think in his case, he was worthy of the contract that he got. He's put in the work since he came out of Oregon and that's where Houston found value in him, and he's here.
