LeBron James definitely did his homework prior to joining the league in 2003. He has several reasons to be called the greatest of all time but many will beg to differ. This past season, he made history becoming the first ever player 30,000+ points, 10,000+ rebounds and assists. Besides that he also pushed up the all-time leading scorers list to second place just over thousand more points to become the topper.

The same year King James became an NBA player, another legend chose to retire from playing basketball and his name was Michael Jordan. A theory suggests that MJ was scared that LeBron would be so dominant people would immediately start disregarding his greatness. But to this day, there are significantly more people who side with Jordan being the GOAT over Bron.

Ray Allen says LeBron James is not the GOAT because he cannot dribble or shoot

Ray Allen was teammates with LeBron James on the Miami Heat and won two championships together. The former greatest shooter of all time retired playing for the team in 2013 and so did the super team they had together. Recently, the sharpshooter debated with a Bron stan on why he is not the GOAT. His reason was because Bron cannot shoot or dribble the ball as well.

This has to be one of the silliest reasons, right? There are several all-time greats who could barely shoot or dribble. For example Shaquille O’Neal, who only made one three-pointer his entire career. Now the other valid reasons why Jordan is better is because of the amount his achievement within 15 seasons. The King is now entering his 20^th year in the league and has barely gotten as many awards as his predecessor. But dribbling and shooting? Really?

LeBron James will always have his reasons to be called the greatest basketball player of his generation or even all-time. He has had better success is aspects Jordan had not come near to and also had a significant amount of influence on today’s game. NBA Fans took to Twitter to settle the debate with RA.
