“Didn’t learn from Brooks” – Fans TROLL LeBron James’ ex-teammate for stark comparisons with Nikola Jokic

LeBron James and Nikola Jokic are two totally different players and they impact the game in completely different ways. And, even the 2×MVP rides with this take and knows there can’t be any comparison of them. Both LeBron James and Nikola Jokic are dominant superstars of the league. They get their guys going and do whatever they can do for their team to land on the winning end. They have completely different games and even a kid can tell that. But unfortunately, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope believes the only difference between them is athleticism.

Obviously, LeBron James is and was much better than Nikola Jokic in many aspects of the game. And, he has also already made it to the GOAT debate. LeBron James’ approach to the game is one-of-one and way different than Jokic’s. So Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is nothing but foolish for claiming the only difference to be athleticism. As after Denver Nuggets Game-1 dub against the Los Angeles Lakers in Western Conference Finals, KCP went on to disrespect LeBron James.

LeBron James is the reason KCP is a champ and now when he isn’t in the same system, he’s disrespecting the King. That’s some Dillon Brooks-like behavior. After the game, when KCP was asked about similarities between Bron and Joker, he quoted: “I feel like the only difference is that Bron can jump higher than Jokic. That’s the only difference that I could see. I love playing with Jokic man… just dominant big man down there.”

No disrespect for Nikola Jokic, as he’s also one of the legends of the game, but there are many differences between him and LeBron James. And, Bron is just better at a lot many aspects be it leadership, records, winning or even stats. So KCP is very wrong in saying that and he did that on purpose. As the question was about similarities and not differences.

Twitter trolls KCP for his wild comparison of LeBron James and Nikola Jokic

Twitter isn’t showing any mercy to KCP for his take on Nikola Jokic and LeBron James. They are giving him the Dillon treatment and predicting the future for him. As many believe he has awakened the King and now the job will be finished. You can find some of the many reactions posted by fans on Twitter here below:

Game 1 was good and closely contested but the Nuggets got the dub. Nikola Jokic recorded a triple-double of 34 points, 14 assists, and 12 rebounds. He was backed by Jamal Murray with 31 points. And, even KCP chipped in 21 points. But they weren’t really able to stop LeBron James as he got 26 points, 9 assists, and 12 rebounds.

Also, AD did his job and contributed with 40 points and 10 boards. The Lakers almost came back from a 21 points deficit. So the road ahead for the Nuggets isn’t easy and with KCP disrespecting LeBron James they soon can be down on the losing end.
