Brotherly love. From taking care of each other to having their backs, it’s one of the most beautiful sights in a relationship. But at times, people are bound to think twice before expressing their love, especially in the middle of an NBA game. Well, the exact same thing happened between Giannis Antetokounmpo and Thanasis Antetokounmpo, as their ‘brotherly love’ didn’t prove to be the best sight for NBA fans.

Before the start of the game between the Milwaukee Bucks and Boston Celtics, everyone was getting ready to get onto the court. And while Giannis was getting ready for the big game, his big brother noticed a rather small issue on his brother’s nose.

Without hesitation, Thanasis approached him and cleaned his big brother’s nose with his hands. But some on the internet who noticed it didn’t appreciate it as much as Giannis did.

It was not the best sight for the fans to see. Disgusted, they took the opportunity to troll his younger brother Thanasis who hasn’t been at the same level as his brother. While he already has an NBA championship to his name, his contributions to the team have not been impressive.

As for the fans, it was the perfect scenario to troll him. So much so that they even called him a “booger patrol”.

As for the game, it went more than perfect for the Milwuakee Bucks, who secured a solid 135-102 win over the Boston Celtics at Fiserv Forum, Milwuakee. The Bucks were in control for nearly the entirety of the game as Giannis Antetokounmpo contributed with 24 points, 6 assists, and 11 rebounds in just 26 mins. Even though the game had long ended, the trolling still didn’t stop.

After the game, the Bucks were more than happy with a dominating win over the Celtics, but it was the moment between the two Greek brothers that caught more attention than the win. So much so, that X (formally known as Twitter) was on fire with the replies and memes.

While the brotherly love was taken out of context, fans couldn’t help but make the best of the situation and display their side of creativity through their socials.
