Kevin Hart is one of the biggest Philadelphia 76ers celebrity fans. When he is not busy making blockbuster movies or churning out comedy specials, the comedian can be seen sitting courtside at NBA games and talking trash to some of the biggest superstars in the league. Recently Hart made an appearance on the SportsCenter show and spoke about his favorite teams in basketball and NFL.
ESPN producers could not help but get Kevin’s reactions to the recent internet sensation, Steeve Ho You Fat, the french basketball player who plays for the Metropolitans 92. The baller appeared on American TV during their game against G League Ignite. The player went viral for the wrong reasons and was one of the most-talked players after the game. Hart has some hilarious advice for the player if he wants to make it big on American soil.
According to Hart, the French player needs to get rid of at least one part of his peculiar name. “You gotta make sure you’re alone in the booth when you announce that name. For the sake of the league and the temperature and climate of our world today,” said Hart.

In the recent exhibition game between Metropolitans 92 and the NBA G League Ignite, Victor Wembanyama had all eyes on him. However, Steeve Ho You Fat of the French team equally went viral for his bizarre name.

The legendary Lakers’ Shaquille O’Neal’s son, Shareef O’Neal couldn’t resist but ask for Ho You Fat’s jersey after he met him during the game. “You know, I saw him after the game, and you know we planned it before, to do a jersey swap. And I gave him my jersey and I got the Steeve jersey,” said Shareef talking to the press.
“I just asked and he gave it to me. And you know, I got the one that everybody’s looking for. Imma keep it,” added O’Neal at the press conference. The 34-year-old sure would’ve been overwhelmed by all the reactions his name got from the US fans.
