“Isiah Thomas never walked away more freely” Knicks and chairman paid $11 million to s*exual harrasment victim

Isiah Thomas is a former NBA Champion who is known for his extremely dominant and competitive nature. During the 80s and early 90s until his retirement, the player was a strong rival against many and was the leader of the famous Bad Boy Detroit Pistons team. He is also labeled as one of the greatest point guards of all time.
During his career, he was a massive threat to Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls. He decided to hang up his jersey in 1994 before once again finding his way into the NBA. In 2000, he was hired as coach for the Indiana Pacers for three years before becoming President of Basketball Operations got the New York Knicks in 2003.

Isiah Thomas accused for repeated sexual harassment of Knicks associate
After having a fairly decent coaching career, news broke out of sexual harassment allegations put forth by Knicks executive Anucha Browne Sanders. The claims were made in 2006 against the Pistons legend for, “years of profane outbursts and s*xual harassment.”
Almost a year later, a jury of the court ruled that Isiah Thomas had sexually harassed his co-workers. But instead of appropriately firing IT, the owner of the Knicks fired Sanders and gave the former NBA player a coaching position until he was fired in 2008. The court proposed that the franchise and IT pay the victim a sum of $11.6 million dollars in damages.
Sacramento Kings affiliate coaching staff gets caught amongst sexual harassment allegations
Similar to Isiah Thomas and the Knicks, over a year ago the Sacramento Kings G League affiliate assistant coach was accused of sexual harassment. Sydney Haydel, a Stockton Kings worker claimed that Akachi Okugo had made several inappropriate advances on her during a Summer League party at Las Vegas.
Similarly, the general manager of the year had terminated Haydel from her job without any reason given. They team claimed the accusations made were false. However, the victim said that coaches Jimmy Alapag and Bobby Jackson were aware of the incident but never came forth to help.
