When we fans speak of the future of the league, the names that come in the discussion are Luka Doncic, Donovan Mitchell, Trae Young and Ja Morant. Jaren Jackson Jr too has now joined the talks.
It is quite incredible to see where the league is heading. Fans should be proud of the fact that the future of the league is in good hands. For young talents like Ja Morent and Jaren Jackson Jr to pull off 30 points is no easy feat.
They are aged 22 and playing like stars of the league. When we criticize these players we usually tend to forget their age and go all-out at these players. From a third-person perspective, it is quite incredible to listen to those arguments. When we look at the other side of these discussions, they make us feel more proud about these young bloods. The reason being, these young players have barely any experience and are playing in the biggest basketball league and at the biggest stage. To add up to that, they are being scrutinized at the same level as veterans of the league. It is the impact that Ja and Jaren have had on the game that we tend to forget that they are only 22 years old, with more than a decade left in their basketball careers.
When we realize that these are young players being observed along side the greats of the league, we can not help but wonder what impact these players will have on the league when they gain experience.

Kevin Durant has become one of the faces of the leagues and Russel too has solidified his place as the one with greatest ‘triple double’ record in NBA history.
Ja Morant and Jaren Jackson Jr. have managed to send waves of shock, awe and amazement through our screens in only what has been the 2 series of this year’s playoffs. The young bloods are now being deemed as cold bloods for how they play and how they challenge the greats of the league. The fearless attitude in them helps us appreciate the mentality they have. Only time will tell how much these players succeed. But if Ja and Jaren remain focused and healthy, there is no doubt that the duo will be in history books and in contention for MVPs in the near future.
