JA Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies have made it to the western conference semi-finals after officially calling it a wrap for the Karl Anthony Towns led Minnesota Timberwolves. Now they are going all in and against of the Stephen Curry-led Golden State Warriors and making it one of the most interesting match-ups in the playoffs. The Dubs got the first dub in Game 1 as Klay Thompson registered a three-pointer to get the job done as he secured a one-point lead and then JA Morant missed a potential game-winning layup and fell down to 116-117. The final box score stands at 106-101 favoring the Memphis Grizzlies.
In the game, JA Morant dropped godlike numbers as he got himself 47 points, 8 assists, and 8 rebounds and also single-handedly carried the squad to register a win. On the other hand, Stephen Curry the greatest shooter of all time was limited to 27 points, 8 assists, and 9 rebounds. JA Morant came up in the clutch with a floater and got a three points lead but then Klay Thompson went for a step-back three but traveled and turned the ball over. So the Grizzlies got the possession back and had their leader dribble out the remaining time as he had Andrew Wiggins dancing which eventually made the dubs foul him. After the foul JA Morant was seen trash talking and calling out Stephen Curry.
