“I’ll pay you $250,000 if you rock that hair the whole season” Jake Paul challenges Miami Heat star to keep his new hairstyle
Jimmy Butler and Jake Paul
Miami Heat’s star forward, Jimmy Butler, was in the news recently for his new hairdo. He was sporting long braided hair with golden highlights at the end. Pro Boxer Jake Paul seems to have dared Butler to keep the same hairstyle for the upcoming NBA season during one of his podcasts. He has even lured him with some prize money if he is successful in completing the dare.
Recently, the Sixth man of the year, Tyler Herro, was on the podcast, “BS w/ Jake Paul”, where he and Paul were seen talking about Butler’s new hairstyle, and Paul was curious whether he should sport this hairdo for the 2022-2023 season. Paul later challenged Butler to pay him a hefty amount if he successfully kept this hairstyle for the whole season. He quoted, “I think it’s fire. … Yo, Jimmy. I’ll pay you $250,000 if you rock that hair the whole season. That’s probably not a lot to him.”
Jimmy’s hairstyle was the talking point when one of his teammates, Kyle Lowry, ridiculed his hairstyle with Vince Carter on “The VC Show.” He said, “I talked to him on FaceTime on Tuesday,” Lowry said. “I said, ‘What the f**k?’ He’s there, he’s saying, ‘It’s fire yo.’ I said, ‘Bruh, come on.’ If anybody knows Jimmy, Jimmy’s gonna do whatever the f**k Jimmy wants to do.”
Miami Heat’s power-packed team combination
Since adding Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo to the squad in past drafts, the Heat have quietly managed to put a winning team together. However, the 2022 NBA season showed that the Miami Heat still have some areas to be covered and need to make a few changes before they can get past the final hurdle and have their hands on the trophy. Heat have the services of some of the best players in game like Kyle Lowry, Duncan Robinson, Victor Oladipo, etc. and this adds heavily to their chances of lifting the trophy. They possess a tough-as-a-nail squad and certainly have any space for a new superstar. It can quickly come out as the best of the season for the Miami Heat if things go right.
