The Houston Rockets have made moves in the offseason, adding several weapons to their roster. One of them was Fred VanVleet, who signed a maximum deal with the Rockets that will pay him $143 million over the next three seasons. The signing of VanVleet brings a much-needed veteran presence to the Houston Rockets’ locker room, addressing a void that has been apparent thus far. In fact, he was already seen putting in the work with Rockets youngster Jalen Green.

Following the video that went viral with his former teammate Josh Christopher earlier this week, the NBA Twitter community has not stopped trolling Jalen Green, and every news story that involves him is swarmed by hilarious responses from the community.

In the workout video, the pair can be seen running up a steep hill, and later VanVleet catches his breath in the gym, making it evident that his utmost priority for Ime Udoka’s team will be giving maximum effort. But similar to other Jalen Green news, the fans have ignored the news and have trolled the future backcourt of the Rockets in a hilarious fashion on Twitter. Houston Rockets looking to build a winning culture

The Houston Rockets have been in a rebuilding phase since James Harden departed for the Brooklyn Nets. They ended last season with only 22 wins in the hopes of getting the No. 1 overall pick and selecting Victor Wembanyama, but they fell out of the top 3 in the lottery and ended up selecting Amen Thompson out of Overtime Elite, looking to pair him with their star shooting guard Jalen Green.

The Houston Rockets made strategic moves in the off-season to strengthen their roster and address the lack of leadership and structure that plagued their team in the previous season. Among their notable additions is former Boston Celtics head coach Ime Udoka, whose experience and expertise are expected to bring a fresh perspective and instill a winning culture within the team.

To further enhance their chances of success, the Rockets wisely utilized their available cap space to bring in seasoned veterans such as Jeff Green, Fred VanVleet, and Dillon Brooks. By assembling this revamped roster, Houston is determined to regain their winning ways and establish a strong foundation for the future.
