In an unprecedented turn of events, James Harden called out the Philadelphia 76ers president, Daryl Morey a “liar”. With the trade talks surrounding James Harden going haywire, Harden is playing every trick that he knows, no matter how unprofessional it may appear to the NBA world. Even after picking up the player option from the Sixers, he has not stopped talking trash about the team and the management.
Harden’s agent, Miek Silverman, has been told by the 76ers’ management that a suitable deal for James Harden is not available in the market. Because of this, they do not want to pursue the trade, and pursuing it would only hamper their chances to contend for the NBA championship. This was revealed by a person who is involved in the trade on account of anonymity to the Associate Press.
With the LA Clippers trade, which would have landed him alongside Kawhi Leonard, almost going down the drain, there are not many options left for the player to choose from. As the doors close one by one, it will become increasingly difficult for the Beard to secure a good enough deal. Some have even advised him to migrate to China, like Dwight Howard, where he would get good money and will have the fans’ love.

NBA Twitter reacts to James Harden calling Daryl Morey a liar
With the video surfacing on the internet where James Harden called out Daryl Morey and said, “Daryl Morey is a liar and I will never be a part of an organization that he’s a part of”, fans went nuts and were quick to call him out for being unprofessional and taking private matter public. Some even flagged his inability to play due to his unhealthy physique.
With James Harden’s future with the 76ers in question, one would think that Joel Embiid would follow suit too. He too, recently, hinted at leaving the 76ers to win a championship, saying that he would go anywhere to win a ring. With this in mind, it will be a tough time for the 76ers again, and it looks like they will have to redo their famous “Process” and acquire some younger talents in the midst of a team crisis.
