The package may include DPOY Marcus Smart, Payton Pritchard, and several first round draft picks. But this is not the first time Jaylen has been mentioned as a potential trade asset. Last year, while he was recovering from an injury during the season, a number of rumors claimed that the Celtics were planning to split the All-Star dynamic duo of Jaylen Tatum and Jaylen.

Following the rumors that spread last season, Jayson Tatum came forth to shut down talks about his long time buddy being trade. He said that they have talked about playing together longterm in hopes of winning a championship. Similarly, this also raised concerns over the Celtics undervaluing Brown.

He replied saying, “We have no free agents on this team, so everybody’s gotta come back.” No leads have been given out since the proposal but only time will answer questions that exist.
