Damian Lillard and Jimmy Butler

Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat believe Damian Lillard is their path to success. Even Dame feels the same, as he has specifically demanded the Portland Trail Blazers trade him to the Miami Heat. But unfortunately, the transaction isn’t easy, and the exchange isn’t satisfying both ends at the moment and can take months to happen. Jimmy Butler, though, is already riding with Lillard and showing love to him, as he recently did in his iconic Celly.

Jimmy Butler has been on a 10-day tour in China since July 14th. There he is promoting his shoe sponsor, the Chinese sportswear brand Li-Ning. He is visiting several cities in the country while meeting fans and promoting the shoe brand. Recently, he made headlines with the inauguration of a rooftop court named after him in Wukesong.

Himmy Buckets was seen playing some 1v1 with a random fan. And, as expected, he clowned the life out of that fan. Bouncing the ball off his head, Butler hit him with a simple move, but that ended up separating them as the fan was confused. Further, after drilling a three-pointer, Jimmy went on to do Damian Lillard’s iconic celebrations.

Butler first walked away from the court while waving at his opponent. That was just how Dame celebrated his iconic game-winner against the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2019. And, he didn’t just stop there as later Jimmy was even seen doing his iconic “Dame Time” celebration. So it’s fair to say that he’s excited and looking forward to pairing up with Damian Lillard and is just waiting for the Miami Heat to acquire him.

The fan either completely missed his target or got the job done with perfect aim. The hit didn’t really have a strong impact on Jimmy, and even he enjoyed that moment by laughing. His tour will conclude on July 24th, and then he’ll be back preparing himself for the coming season.

However, he’ll have to wait for Dame’s arrival. As the Heat team hasn’t been successful in satisfying the Blazers with a deal to acquire their franchise player.
