“Hero to Zero moment” Jimmy Butler miserably fails to knock game-winning bucket in Game 7 of EC Finals

“Hero to Zero moment” Jimmy Butler miserably fails to knock game-winning bucket in Game 7 of EC Finals

Marcus Smart and Jimmy Butler

Jimmy Butler led the Miami Heat to almost one of the biggest Game 7 comebacks ever. But unfortunately, sold it all away to a missed three-pointer which would have won them the game and had them in the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors. Jimmy Butler was a man among kids out there on the basis of individual skills and performance in the eastern conference finals series between the Miami Heat and Boston Celtics. But soon Jayson Tatum stepped up and delivered as he walks away with the Eastern Conference Finals MVP trophy. The backup by Marcus Smart and Jaylen Brown plays an important role in the dub as they always had his back. While on the other hand, the leader of the Miami Heat was doing it all helplessly and alone. The Boston Celtics were just comparatively better as a team against Miami Heat as they pulled down the curtains on them in Game 7.

The Boston Celtics were hosted by the Miami Heat at FTX Arena for Game 7 of the eastern conference finals. It was a do-or-die situation for both the teams and the game was also the most important game of their season and the Celtics surviving it all got a trip to the NBA Finals after a decade-long of hard work and efforts. The game wasn’t closely contested and head to head during the first quarter as the Jayson Tatum-led Boston Celtics outscored the Miami Heat by 32-17 early. But soon things got very unpredictable as Jimmy Butler started to dominate both the ends against the Celtics and it was a two-point game in the final seconds. But Jimmy Butler wasn’t able to finish it and now probably regrets his choice of going for a three-pointer and some corrupt fans of Miami Heat are targeting and trolling him for the missed shot even though it was all him who ran coast to coast to keep the team alive in the contest.

With around 17 seconds remaining for the fourth quarter and the game to end Jimmy Butler ran down the court after rebounding the ball and decided to go for a close deal. As even having enough space to go in and attack Al Horford he chose to shoot a three-pointer and get a one-point lead. But it didn’t age well and the front rim rejected it. His decision wasn’t wrong because if that went in he’s the hero and has a shot to live with so missing it also should be respected as he gave his best to sink it in.
