“Tobias Harris over me? Helllll No!” Jimmy Butler reveals what motivated him to destroy Sixers defensive unit in Game 6

Tobias Harris and Jimmy Butler

Having Tobias Harris on Jimmy Butler is surely regretted by the Philadelphia 76ers as even the Heat’s leader called it out. The Philadelphia 76ers were stuck in a do-or-die situation in Game 6 and unfortunately, they didn’t survive it. As they stand eliminated by the Miami Heat in Game 6. Joel Embiid missed the first two games of the series (due to a right orbital facial fracture) and Tyrese Maxey along with James Harden wasn’t able to lead the Sixers to a win. So the Miami Heat with the road being easy got a 0-2 lead and had a chance to sweep the Sixers out. But with the return of the Sixers’ big guy, the team was able to bounce back and tie the series at 2-2. But the winning stretch didn’t continue further and now the series closes at 4-2 with the Miami Heat advancing to the eastern conference finals. Jimmy Butler single-handedly carried the Heat on many occasions on the offensive end during the series and Tobias Harris guarding him in Game 6 was a mismatch as he once again got it done.

The Philadelphia 76ers hosted the Miami Heat at Wells Fargo Center for Game 6 of the series. It was an important game for both the teams and was closely contested and head to head until the second half where the Jimmy Butler-led Miami Heat took control over the game and dominated the Sixers. James Harden, Tyrese Maxey, and Joel Embiid tried their best but they weren’t able to cut the lead and establish them in the game so the Miami Heat officially called a wrap on them. The final box score stands at 90-99 and the Sixers will now look to improve their roster and get better in the off-season while the Heat advances to the eastern conference finals.

Jimmy Butler gets the most credits for the win as in the game he dropped 32 points, 4 assists, and 8 rebounds while he was defended by Tobias Harris. Probably he felt disrespected when players like Matisse Thybulle and Joel Embiid weren’t guarding him and instead it was Tobias Harris who that’s why got easily cooked by Jimmy Butler as it was easy buckets for him.
