Jordan Poole celebrates with Stephen Curry

Jordan Poole and Andrew Wiggins are two young superstars who have gone onto inspire the whole team with their presence and efficiency on either ends of the court. Poole in particular has gone onto match the splash-brother time and again and in this postseason, he has simply been phenomenal. With the Warriors wrapping up yet another Conference title, Poole could not help but joke about one particular instance from the recently concluded game.

In the third quarter, the Warriors were up by as many as 24 points, approaching the last minutes of the quarter, when Spencer Dinwiddie fouled Jordan Pooled during an outbound play. With the ball not being on court, it resulted in technical free-throws. Given that Poole has had the best efficiency from the free-throw line, he could help but gave the opportunity up to the greatest shooter of all time, Steph Curry.

Poole and Steph were seen getting into a discussion when the referees called out a foul on Dinwiddie. When being asked upon the same in the post-game interview, Poole stated, “If there is anyone who could take away those free throws from me, it’s Stephen Curry. He’s the Western Conference Finals MVP, so I guess I can give my free throws.”

Jordan Poole was once again huge coming off the bench for Golden State Warriors as they dominated the Mavericks throughout the course of four quarters. Moreover, his 16 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists managed to give some breathing space to Klay and Steph, while being on the bench. Andrew Wiggins too was spectacular with his 18 points and 10 rebounds.

The team was led by Klay Thompson with game-high 32 points. While Steph added 15 points. On the other hand, Luka Doncic led the scoring charts for Mavs with team-high 28 points. Spencer Dinwiddie registered 26 points coming off the bench. But yet again, they found no help from any other player.
