Jose Alvarado is all fired up after stealing the ball from Chris Paul in the 4th game of the first-round playoff series between the New Orleans Pelicans and the Phoenix Suns which now sees the teams tied up at 2-2 in the series. Paul and Alvarado had an intense moment in the game which saw the latter getting under the PGs skin, managing to piss him off, which doesn’t really happen very often. Suns lost the game to the Pelicans by a 15-point margin as they were absolutely dominated by their rivals.

The game between Phoenix Suns and the New Orleans Pelicans was completely one sided in the favour of the Pelicans who were facing their rivals who lacked their star player, Devin Booker. Chris Paul who had been the star for the team in many previous occasions was stopped to a really small number of 4 points in 35 minutes, and that process was led by the entire Pelicans defence.
Alvarado accomplished his goal of stealing a ball from Paul, who according to the former is one of the bets point guards, making his achievement even more special. Alvarado snuck up from behind and got the ball out of Paul’s hands for it to be received by Pelicans player who then scored a layup to extend the lead to 18-points.
Alvarado was all fired up after this play and Paul was equally disappointed and mad. Even in the post match interview, Alvarado stated that it was all love and respect between Paul and himself but he would be there to face off against the rival whenever needed, and that he wouldn’t run away from any smoke.
