“Pay what you OWE” JR Smith rips apart Jae Crowder for not paying back debt

JR Smith has made his way back to the NBA headlines and the reason isn’t him getting a deal or coming into conversations with a team. Instead, its him ripping apart his rival, Jae Crowder for not returning his money. Both JR Smith and Jae Crowder have history dating back to decades and they were also teammates at Cleveland Cavaliers during the 2018 season. And, they have been beefing against each other for at least past eight years.
During the 2015 playoffs’ first-round series between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Boston Celtics. JR Smith probably intentionally got a shot at Jae Crowder’s face who then fell down on the ground and injured his ACL. Even after months, JR Smith refused to apologize and instead took another shot at Jae. As in an interview of his he said: “If you play chippy, chippy things are going to happen.”
Things were down, calm and quiet for some good time now. But recently, all of a sudden JR Smith called out Jae Crowder on Twitter and asked him to pay back the debt he owes to him. This has shocked everyone around as they try to figure out the amount and reason for it. Many also claim it to be years old debt and JR was just silent about it until he got the perfect opportunity to call him out.

JR Smith calls out Jae Crowder to return his money
Jae Crowder retweeted to a tweet by StatMuse which talked about him having more playoff points than Anthony Davis and Jrue Holiday. He wrote: “ID MUCH RATHER HAVE THE RINGS JRUE & AD TOOK FROM ME.! ??♂️?” Just after the tweet, JR Smith called him out and tweeted: “I’d rather have that bread you owe…”
Further, JR Smith also gave out a detailed reaction on the situation he is in. As in a tweet via his personal Twitter handle he wrote: “I’ll never understand not paying people when you owe em! But I’d be wrong if I got my money by any means. #paywhatyouowe nothing more nothing less.” Jae Crowder hasn’t responded yet and there’s no detail about the exchange out yet. But with time things will be revealed as JR ain’t holding back on no one.
