“Took LeBron’s show to Reiterate more Hate speech” Kanye West’s episode from The Shop gets dropped for spreading extremely dangerous stereotypes
Kayne West and LeBron James
NBA legend LeBron James and his and close pal Maverick Carter were producers for ‘The Shop’ show, which features Hollywood fame Kanye West. In an exclusive statement, Maverick said that the episode featuring Kayne would not be aired. The reason for this mentioned by Carter was that Kanye tried to spread hatred and talked with an extreme stereotype.
Maverick Carter quoted, “Yesterday we taped an episode of The Shop with Kanye West. Kanye was booked weeks ago and, after talking to Kanye directly the day before we taped, I believed he was capable of a respectful discussion and he was ready to address all his recent comments.” He added, “Unfortunately, he used The Shop to reiterate more hate speech and extremely dangerous stereotypes. We have made the decision not to air this episode or any of Kanye’s remarks.”
Maverick stated, “While The Shop embraces thoughtful discourse and differing opinions, we have zero tolerance for hate speech of any kind and will never allow our channels to be used to promote hate. I take full responsibility for believing Kanye wanted a different conversation and apologize to our guests and crew. Hate speech should never have an audience.” Other guests on the show were shoe designer Salehe Bembury and Jeezy, an American rapper.
LeBron James and Los Angeles Lakers bank on the new coach for a change in fortune
The NBA great and LA Lakers will be hoping that new head coach Darvin Ham’s leadership will produce excellent outcomes for the 17-time NBA champions because that’s the most substantial change the franchise has made after a disastrous end to last season. Ham commented, “This year, we’ve turned the page, we’re looking out through the windshield. Not so much through the rearview mirror.”
James spoke highly about the Lakers’ head coach. He stated, “Every single day continues to get better and better, the transparency that we have, from the day he was granted the head coaching job here, it’s been great. We’ve had multiple conversations. I think it was well overdue for him to be a head coach, and (I’m) overjoyed to be part of his journey.”
