Phoenix Suns superstar Kevin Durant does like to respond to stray fan comments. He did one yesterday, when a fan tried to send a seemingly sarcastic innuendo Durant’s way.

A fan posted, tagging Kevin Durant, saying that he thinks Durant and his talents are better served on a different team other than the Suns who are 7 games behind the Western Conference leaders. To this, Durant replied in the most Kevin Durant way he can;

Please don’t ever feel bad for the professional basketball player who got everything he ever wanted. Somebody else needs your well wishes way more.

Durant assured the fan that he has accomplished a lot during his career. So no one needs to feel sorry for him.

Kevin Durant is a former league MVP, two-time Finals MVP, and a two-time NBA Champion. He is currently the 10th-best scorer of all time. All of these accolades are a result of the elite-level play Durant has exhibited throughout his career. Durant is a member of the Top 75 players in league history.

So Durant basically replied to the fan that any player entering the league will dream about these accolades. He has achieved them. On his quest to be one of the best, he has achieved quite a lot. Further rings or similar accolades will only add to his already Hall Of Fame career.

Kevin Durant and the Suns have a long road ahead

Durant and the Phoenix Suns are just starting to come to life. Durant and the Suns initially struggled while his superstar teammates were out with injuries. Then, after Devin Booker returned, they got some wins. But it was when Bradley Beal came back to the lineup healthy that they have been winning consistently.

Earlier, the offensive load was completely on Durant. Then Booker chimed in, but the defensive game plan was not good enough. Now, with Beal back and to his illustrious best, the load has been spread around. Durant also mentioned defensive adjustments have helped them turn the season around. Their target is the NBA Championship.

What this fan thinks is irrelevant to the already stratospheric career Durant has had. Durant just reminded the fan that he does not need anyone to feel bad for him, considering what he has accomplished.
