“They don’t even try to hide it” – Knicks and refs’ collusion CAUGHT IN 4K, believe NBA fans
The air around the Knicks vs Heat Game 2 is filled with controversy… was there a collusion between the Knicks and the referees? Fans say and believe so!

The New York Knicks defeated the Miami Heat 111-105 to equalize the series 1-1. Jalen Brunson was the star of the show for the Knicks, scoring 30 points, dishing out two assists, and grabbing five rebounds. Though, many have pointed out that the Knicks allegedly got more support from the officials than their own players. The playoffs have been marred with controversy revolving around officiating. First, it was the Round 1 series between the Sacramento Kings and the Golden State Warriors. Now, it is between the Miami Heat and the New York Knicks.
In a ferocious encounter with stakes as high as the Conference Semi-Finals, controversies are bound to erupt. Fans often tend to look for excuses to justify the loss of their teams, but rarely does it happen that the blame goes on officials. This post-season, though, it has been a common sighting. Miami Heat fans on Twitter pointed out that the Knicks players were speaking to, rather thanking, the match officials.
This allegation comes in after the officials had some controversial calls against the Miami Heat throughout the game. Some decisions of the referees outright “favored” the NY Knicks, making it a bit more suspicious. Be it the moment in the fourth quarter where the refs claimed the ball did NOT hit the rim and called a shot clock violation on a CRUCIAL sequence that may have cost the Heat 2 points. Or when a foul was reviewed and ruled a common foul after Gabe Vincent took a ROUGH elbow to the face from Immanuel Quickley.
Fans are having none of the refs’ justifications and are now on Twitter, thrashing the NBA for its officiating.

Fans react to Knicks vs Heat taking an ugly turn with a potential cheating scandal involving the refs

Ratings and greed are apparently the two things keeping the NBA officials going, according to fans. Miami Heat was potentially cost the match due to the “terrible” officiating, and the fans weren’t ready to have any of it. Jimmy Butler’s absence, coupled with the officiating sequences, might’ve resulted in more pressure for the Heat side. Take a look at some of the fan reactions across Twitter to the scandalous officiating sequences.
It’ll be interesting to see how the NBA reacts to these allegations of collusion between the New York Knicks and the officials. While there might or might not be any solution to this, the Heat will be looking forward to getting right back on the court and leaving nothing in the officials’ hands. Game 3 between the New York Knicks and the Miami Heat goes down on Sunday!
