Houston Rockets star Kevin Porter Jr. allegedly assaulted and tried to strangulate Indiana Fever star Kysre Gondrezick, after which he was taken into custody for further investigation. Kysre’s sister Kalabrya Gondrezick-Harrsion started to make headlines after she threatened Porter Jr. for his actions.
Kalabrya is the elder sister of Kysre. Like her sister, she comes from a family with a basketball lineage. Both her mother and father played organized basketball when they were young. Their father, Grant Gondrezick, played in the NBA, notably for the Phoenix Suns and the Los Angeles Clippers. Her mother was a college star who won a national championship with Louisiana Tech.
Kalabrya has suffered a lot in her life. She was previously charged with domestic violence charges, which were later dropped. Following this, her father passed away suddenly in 2021, and in 2022, her husband and Washington Commanders Quarterback Dwyane Haskins died in an accident after being struck by a truck at the age of 24, leaving Kalbrya widowed right after they celebrated their first anniversary in March.

Kalbrya Gondrazic Harrison is very protective of her sister, Kysre, and when the news of her sister getting assaulted by Kevin Porter Jr. came out she was furious. She has a history of violence, given that she has been previously accused of charges of domestic violence against her husband, Dwayne.
Kalbrya went on Instagram to threaten KPJ for his actions and said that he should start counting his days because he won’t go untouched after he hit her sister. She also told KPJ to pray for his life because he might have gotten away with the stuff in the past, but if he ever shows up anywhere near her sister, he will be taught a lesson. It will be intriguing to watch if KPJ is convicted, and if he does, how it affects his career and the Houston Rockets timeline.
