With Los Angeles Lakers looking to majorly turn their fortunes around in the upcoming 2022-23 season, keeping majority of their current squad in their hand, Darvin Ham has been given the responsibility to do so. Having being introduced formally to the press and media, it seems like the former Milwaukee Bucks employee is already planning some moves and has sent out a loud and clear warning to the rest of the NBA. 

Darvin Ham has already confirmed that the likes of Russell Westbrook, Anthony Davis and LeBron James will remains intact in the upcoming season. But given the potential of this squad was never doubted, but their chemistry is? Will Ham be able to work with their respective egos and manage to find the right string which bring these All-Stars together? Surely, the first-time allocated Head Coach feels like it.

Darvin Ham confident in bringing change for LA Lakers 

The hiring of Darvin Ham has brought about a lot of excitement among Lakers nation. He is surely no superstar coach, but he appears to be the perfect man for the job in terms of what the Los Angeles Lakers need right now. The tough-minded coach is not messing around here and he has now stated his intention to lead LeBron James and Co. back to glory next season. As they always say, there is nothing more dangerous than a wounded dog.

Moreover, LeBron James has already promised his fans to not be missing the postseason of the remaining seasons, he has in the league.
