Ever since LeBron James has left Miami Heat after delivering couple of NBA rings alongside Dwayne Wade, Erik Spoelstra’s side has been able to find some key players, who have gone onto lead the team time and again. Be it Max Strus or Duncan Robinson, Miami Heat has always focused upon spreading their culture in the right core of youngsters, who can become marquee stars in the future.
On the same note, Los Angeles Laker star LeBron James, who has got his eyes set on the 2021-22 off season being side-lined, has gone onto praise his former team for trusting and developing young players.

Washington Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma took to Twitter during the opening game of the Heat’s Eastern Conference First Round series against the Atlanta Hawks, where he acclaimed their grand success in the player development department. James then gave his stamp of approval to the Heat’s coaching staff.
LeBron James had a front-row seat to watch Spoelstra work his coaching magic in the last decade. During his four-season run with the Heat, he played alongside several players who, while they were past their prime, Spoelstra still managed to churn them into quality contributors off the bench.
To those who are not aware, from Shane Battier to Chris Andersen, Spoelstra continued to accommodate to the strengths of his players and found just the right role for them.
Erik Spoelstra’s Miami Heat have a tough task on their hand as they are locked in to face Trae Young led Atlanta Hawks in the first round series. Given that many feel Heat have the star-power to contest for the NBA Finals slot from East, they would have to focus upon stamping their authority on all of their oppositions since the first round. Moreover, with Young proving to be an underdog who rises to the occasion in every series, since last time out, it will be important to see Spoelstra’s magic work in the 2021-22 season.
