At the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, LaMelo Ball and the Charlotte Hornets played host to the Houston Rockets. However, the latter emerged victorious with a convincing 138-104 win. This not only extended the Hornets’ losing streak to two games but also put an end to the Rockets’ two-game slide in the process.

Despite LaMelo Ball’s solid performance, contributing 15 points, two rebounds, and eight assists, it wasn’t sufficient to propel the Hornets to the much-needed victory. LaMelo has been a consistent presence for the Hornets since being selected by them with the third overall pick in the 2020 NBA draft.

Despite individual achievements, the team currently finds itself in 13th place on the Eastern Conference standings with a 10-33 record.
